wornout, walking, wonderment

wornout: this is how I feel today. There has been many transitions in my life lately. These have been good but I am so ready to get the schedule and routine in place. So right now, I am feeling wornout in a good way.

walking: the new job allows me to walk up to 10000 steps per day around the campus. That is impressive for me. I am loving my pedometer.

wonderment: I have been practicing new attitudinal practices towards myself and others AND it works.... DUH.... it is amazing how seeing others through eyes of unconditional love really does make a difference in the interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships that affect all parts of life. The bonus is I like myself better and therefore I like using my new healthy habits better.

    Walking: Steps are wonderful, aren't they?
