OK....so, day 2 of July..how'd i do?
1. Journal all the food I ate: yup. Did it to the best of my ability. Some
food is not exactly what I eat,
but close to it. Some of our canadian food is not listed, so i pick what i
believe to be the best comparison. Another goal another month might
be to actually enter the correct foods, or verify their info etc.
2. Cardio: Not today...but plans to go running at 5 tomorrow with Rose
3. Strength: Not today...but will plan on doing it on Friday
