A new day, a new month!

emoticon My slump is OVER...I'm kicking it to the curb, as the young'uns say...

My goals for July 2008 are:
- lose 5 lbs by July 31st, reaching 225lbs
- eat at least 1 fruit & 1 veggie every day
- no pop for the whole month! This will be a true challenge.

Any and all encouragement is welcome!!! As well as accountability...funny how knowing someone is going to ask you about it becomes a great motivating factor when faced with temptation...
