Took advantage of energy today!

Just want you to know up front that the level of energy I have today is not the norm for me. Don't have a clue why I feel like the energizer bunny, but I thought if I feel this great, I should just let the energy flow.

I had planned to do a little extra cardio today, but this is what I ended up doing:
1. 20 minutes Turbo Jam
2. Biggest Loser weight training workout- 20 minutes of hard work
3. Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout- 20 minutes of hard work
4. Turbo Jam Cardio Party- 45 minutes of pure high intensity cardio. I skipped the 5 minute warm-up and did extra cool down after

That makes for one of the hardest workouts I have done since before I had surgery. My workout clothes were drenched, but I am so pumped!!!

I have to get some good food now.

My challenge for those who can: do just a little more exercise than you normally do. Do a 10 minute weight routine or 10 minutes of walking in addition to your regular workout. I know not everyone is able. My motto is, "Do what you can and leave the rest behind". Some of us don't even know what we can do.

    Wow-that's awesome! I'm with Believe208- I want to harness some of your energy too! It's a really good point though to do what you can do and to try adding in small increments. I used my power walk dvd today that has 4 15-minute sessions and a 10 min stretch. I have been doing 2 15 min. sessions along with the stretch, but today I added another one and it wasn't too bad. The result is, I lived and feel pretty good!

    Actually, one of my goals on my "other goals" page is to do an extra 10 minutes of cardio a few times a week. Most weeks I do hit it.

    Yesterday I walked the dogs, did the 30 day shred -- thought I was going to do more cario that afternoon but I was done!

    I am laying floors again today, so I'm counting that as my extra!! I'm off to do my 4 miles now...and another 3 later today!

    Mary...you are really pumped! Let's see. If I add ten minutes so my zero minutes of exercise today...that makes..... ten minutes, right? Seriously, Keep up the exercise and you will drop the weight....IF YOU EAT ENOUGH FOOD!! Don't go under your calorie range! At least that is what SP Says!
