Took advantage of energy today!

Just want you to know up front that the level of energy I have today is not the norm for me. Don't have a clue why I feel like the energizer bunny, but I thought if I feel this great, I should just let the energy flow.
I had planned to do a little extra cardio today, but this is what I ended up doing:
1. 20 minutes Turbo Jam
2. Biggest Loser weight training workout- 20 minutes of hard work
3. Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout- 20 minutes of hard work
4. Turbo Jam Cardio Party- 45 minutes of pure high intensity cardio. I skipped the 5 minute warm-up and did extra cool down after
That makes for one of the hardest workouts I have done since before I had surgery. My workout clothes were drenched, but I am so pumped!!!
I have to get some good food now.
My challenge for those who can: do just a little more exercise than you normally do. Do a 10 minute weight routine or 10 minutes of walking in addition to your regular workout. I know not everyone is able. My motto is, "Do what you can and leave the rest behind". Some of us don't even know what we can do.
