Ugh. I hate my scale.

I know, I know, the scale means nothing and I should throw it away - but it does keep me on track and, well, I'm sort of addicted to its feedback.
Anywho, I'm hoping that today's little blip up (which actually hit yesterday) is hormonal - and my face breaking out just might provide the corroborating evidence I want. But, how frustrating is this?
*Last week up and down between 135.6 and 134.2 on various days
*Friday at 135
*Sat., Sun., at 134.4, so got confidence to adjust ticker and declare goal (of 135) met.
*Monday - 136! (despite a pretty much normal eating/exercising day)
*Today - 135.6 (again, normal day yesterday)
I am thinking of keeping closer track of when my weight goes up and down for a couple of months, to see if I can find a hormonal pattern so it won't bother me so much. Any thoughts? Suggestions? (besides throwing away the scale - I'm not ready for that!)
