one week logged

ok , i have logged everyday, good or bad for one week now. I haven't really lost anything, and in fact I think I may have gained a pound. *sigh* but I also know that I only was in my range 1-2 days last week and only did a whopping 25 mins of exercise for the week. so really, I got what I gave.
On another note, I am currently remodeling my kitchen (in hopes I will learn to like to cook?), and have no range/microwave hooked up right now to cook in. I will try my best to use my grill and eat cold foods until next Tuesday when everything will be done, hopefully!!
I really wanted to keep in my calorie range for a solid week, but I was so hungry this morning and went out for lunch. By the end I ate 1600 calories for lunch. So I will stick to under 2000 for today and maybe get a workout in to help that a bit. I would like to see a loss next week!!!
