Goals plus mini vacation to (Southbend In.)

Well this week is going to be a tough one to follow. Monday,Tuesday,and Wednesday are going to be alright. Lets start off with a few goals for Monday Tuesday & partial on Wednesday morning.
1.eat plenty fruits & veggies.
2.exercise & walking.
3To eat healthy dinners & healthy snacks.
4.Drink 8 glasses of water or more a day .
5.no eating after 9:00pm.
6.get at least 8 hours asleep a night.
Well I start my trip Wednesday on a bus its 14 hours long.
I wont be able to be online no Internet assess for 6 days a week so no spark. Just a Journal I keep track of everything so Im going to follow all the goals I put for the rest of the week.
Exercise.water,fruits & veggies, walks and be brave and think I can do this and be proud.I hope everyone has a great week.

My journey so far is a great one 20lbs down yeah.
