I didn't lose any weight this week. That's OK though, I know it will come off soon. I upped my exercise and started tracking my calories better. I'm going to try calorie cycling to see if it helps me get over this darn plateau! I have fluctuated from 135-139 for MONTHS now! I guess you could call that maintaining, which I'm glad I was able to do. I really want to lose the last 15 pounds though. If I can get to 125, I think maintaining will be a lot easier. We also want to have another baby, but I don't even want to consider it until I reach my goal. I know -- I'm going to lose all this weight and then put it back on again with a pregancy. I just think it will be easier to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight if I start at a healthy pre-pregnancy weight.

Anyhoo -- I have posted "before" picutures on my Spark Page and have a community journal - "My Summer Self Challenge" going. I hope those help to motivate me finally lose the last 15. I plan to post update pics. in a month to see if there was any progress. We shall see......

    emoticon your doing a great job. I know it may not be coming off as fast or when yea want it too but yea continue to move forward and it will start coming off again. Love the fact that your taking action to help move forward in your journey and can't wait to congratulate yea when yea reach that 125 goal. Keep moving forward positively and I will be here cheering yea on.

    Keep up the positive attitude!! Sometimes it takes patience and as you said it will come off!

    I think it's wonderful that you are being positive. The reality is that we may not lose every week. But we continue working towards that goal that we set.
