I didn't lose any weight this week. That's OK though, I know it will come off soon. I upped my exercise and started tracking my calories better. I'm going to try calorie cycling to see if it helps me get over this darn plateau! I have fluctuated from 135-139 for MONTHS now! I guess you could call that maintaining, which I'm glad I was able to do. I really want to lose the last 15 pounds though. If I can get to 125, I think maintaining will be a lot easier. We also want to have another baby, but I don't even want to consider it until I reach my goal. I know -- I'm going to lose all this weight and then put it back on again with a pregancy. I just think it will be easier to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight if I start at a healthy pre-pregnancy weight.
Anyhoo -- I have posted "before" picutures on my Spark Page and have a community journal - "My Summer Self Challenge" going. I hope those help to motivate me finally lose the last 15. I plan to post update pics. in a month to see if there was any progress. We shall see......
