i weighed in today and found that i'm back to 10lbs lost. wheeeww!!! i was worried there for a while. i didn't let the weight gain get to me and i stayed the course.
i'm keeping up with my workouts accept i have been taking off a day or 2. mostly on the weekends because i try to stay active walking my dog on the trail or washing the car or doing housework. so, in a way i'm still getting a workout in every day.
i haven't been logging my calorie intake as much lately. i keep a mental note of the meals i have and i know what to stay away from. it's just time consuming logging my food every day. i stay within my calorie range for the most part. i do cheat just a little on fridays because i've been going out to happy hour after work with my sister. it's my little treat to myself and i've been soooooo enjoying it!! but, i make up for my cheat day during the week so it all balances out.
i've really noticed the change in my clothes mostly. i do see a diference. feeling good and staying the course!!!!
