i weighed in today and found that i'm back to 10lbs lost. wheeeww!!! i was worried there for a while. i didn't let the weight gain get to me and i stayed the course.

i'm keeping up with my workouts accept i have been taking off a day or 2. mostly on the weekends because i try to stay active walking my dog on the trail or washing the car or doing housework. so, in a way i'm still getting a workout in every day.

i haven't been logging my calorie intake as much lately. i keep a mental note of the meals i have and i know what to stay away from. it's just time consuming logging my food every day. i stay within my calorie range for the most part. i do cheat just a little on fridays because i've been going out to happy hour after work with my sister. it's my little treat to myself and i've been soooooo enjoying it!! but, i make up for my cheat day during the week so it all balances out.

i've really noticed the change in my clothes mostly. i do see a diference. feeling good and staying the course!!!!

Good job!! I take days off too especially if there are large projects to get done. Log them all in my fitness tracker and am amazed at the cals burned for some of these things. Beats walking 3 miles on a treadmill!!
I believe if we don't cheat we will fail. Like you I stay the course most of the time and it has not really affected my weight loss. I am down 19 pounds as of today, hope I keep that off for weigh day Tuesday for a challenge I am doing.
I am getting to the point I need to buy some clothes-think I will wait til mine actually will not stay up. My daughter calls me saggy bottoms! isn't it wonderful that we can see and feel the difference!! i am so psyched all the time my attitude is so much better.
Staying the course is the only way to go now-feels to good to go back.
Keep up the good work and congrats on the 10 pounds. Hope you have a fun father's day weekend.
