i have a small addiction

I think I am addicted to eating healthy and working out:

I can't even bring myself to have a piece of cake at work for peoples birthdays. Too many worthless calories.

I go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week for at least a 1/2 hour but most of the time its for 2 hours. I feel guilty if don't do some kind of fitness activity daily.

The Spark fitness page has yelled at me for the past month for going over my weekly calories burned and fitness minutes. emoticon

I have been making excellent progress in my weight and toneness of my arms and legs.

But hey i look at it this way at least I'm not addicted to drug!!!

    its actually not a 2hour workout itsmore like 2 classes a day. 1 bootcamp and 1 fittness yoga. 3 days a week and 2 days of 45 minutes of cardio and weight lifting. Its not like im running for 2hours straight. I also sleep like 8plus hours per day.

    You are doing AWESOME! But TO MUCH EXERCISE can be a BAD! Seriously... too much exercise can stress out your body (are you sleeping enough to sustain your 2 hour workouts?)

    But the healthy eating is a GREAT thing! You can always afford to eat MORE veggies! :) Yum! And your body will NEVER miss that piece of cake! :)

    I like to say that my DRUG is exercise! HA!
