I think I am addicted to eating healthy and working out:
I can't even bring myself to have a piece of cake at work for peoples birthdays. Too many worthless calories.
I go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week for at least a 1/2 hour but most of the time its for 2 hours. I feel guilty if don't do some kind of fitness activity daily.
The Spark fitness page has yelled at me for the past month for going over my weekly calories burned and fitness minutes.
I have been making excellent progress in my weight and toneness of my arms and legs.
But hey i look at it this way at least I'm not addicted to drug!!!
