It's NOT Healthy If You Wolf It All Down

Ok, So I call myself making HEALTHY Spaghetti. I used 100% whole grain noodles, ground turkey, tomatoes, low sodium spaghetti sauce. And well, It's the healthiest spaghetti I've ever eaten. BUT I believe I've eaten 80% of the pot, which basically cancels out my attempt to have healthy spaghetti. I have nearly wolfed down all the spaghetti...I can't help but laugh at myself. I'm not even mad...I'm amused. Why make or eat anything healthy when your going to triple or even quadruple the serving...It's no longer healthy. Ahhhh!!!
