Trying to get back into the swing of things

Since March I've been exercising constitantly 4-6 times a week. However, the past few weeks I've been kinda slacking. Finally, yesterday morning I got up to exercise, put in my DVD and looked at it, looked at the clock, and thought.. "There's No Way I can exercise and get ready for work. I better wait and just exercise After work." But then it popped in my head... IF You Don't Do It Now, You won't do it all, And you have plenty of time to get your exercise in as long as you get off the couch and Do it!!". So I pushed the play button and exercised. And BOY did it feel great! I again got up this morning and exercised. Once I start exercising and getting into the habit I absolutely love it and want to do it. But once I start slacking then it's hard to get motivated again. But I'm exercising again.. And I plan to continue this journey!! I have many many more pounds to lose and the only way I can do it is by exercising and eating healthy... which I have to get better at!
