I need to come back

I've gained weight since I stopped tracking. I'm travelling today so I'm not sure how much but I would say maybe 5 - 7 pounds. Why is it so hard to come back??? I think I'm going to try to though...I am in LA this weekend and then I think starting next week I'm back in the game. I'll try to track some this weekend too.

    Don't wait till next week. Start tracking tonight (or tomorrow, if you've already gone to bed). Your life is NOW, not next week..."next week" is a diet mentality. "Now" is a lifestyle mentality. Even if you're too overwhelmed at the idea, just commit to logging what you eat for breakfast. One step at a time! You CAN do it! ~lisa :)
