A Real Reason for Motivation?

Wednesday, June 11, 2008

Last night my bf and I get into this fight.
It's pretty heated and things are being said that probably shouldn't.

He keeps saying "you need to get healthy"
Now I have some health issues so I am thinking, Is he talking about my issues or my weight?

So somewhere in the screaming match we are having he says "Your fat." then he looks at me "what you can't handle the truth of it?"

Ok, we all know that we are fat or overweight. But when someone attacks you with those words it hurts. Why would he say that?

Well here is what I think, He is partially responsible for my overweight issues being he got me pregnant. And after I had the baby he would just want me to eat with him ALL THE TIME! In the middle of the night he would make PB&J sandwiches with milk or chips and salsa. And since he brought it down for me I ate it. Of course I wanted it. And I was sick at some point last year and I couldn't exercise as much as I wanted to because I was tired all the time.

Now I am better and I am DONE! I workout everyday with my Summer Boot Camp. I watch what I eat constantly.

And do you know what this is all over? I was feeling a little nausea so I took a teaspoon of peanut butter.
