Could someone please take a look...

at my nutrition and fitness tracker? I havn't been back here very long and I completely changed my previous routine. SP told me I was going over my calories burned goal by a significant amount and to change my settings...but it didn't tell me how! Could someone tell me if I'm doing anything wrong...too much exercise, not enough calories in ect? Thanks for any help!

    i think that your calories are in a good range, maybe you have told SP that you are going to burn less calories than you really are burning. when i first started i lost 15 pounds quick, so i started to eat less and exercise more thinking that i would lose weight quicker, well that didn't work out, my body shutdown and would not lose weight for like 5 weeks. then i entered in my correct amount of fitness i was getting per week and SP increased my caloric intake, finally i consumed my calories the way SP recommended and i immediately saw a change and weight began to fall off again, i have suffered a setback this last week or so but i have gotten back on track starting today. Keep positive and you will reach your goal! To enter the correct amount of fintess go to your fitness settings and tell it what you ar really working out. if your are working out 1600 cals a week but only have 300 cals a week listed it is going to restrict your caloric intake like you were working out 300 cals a week, the low calorie heavy exercise diet causes your body to go into starvation mode. so input your correct amount of exercise and it will tell you to eat more, it sounds dumb but it works!
