Whew! Here we go.

Work has been so busy since I've gone back I didn't get to do much exercise last week after going back though I got some walking at the store and at the museum in over the weekend and did a little bit of weights and stretching. Tonight however, I danced around for around for about 45 minutes and cleaned house also. Also did three upper body strength exercises and stretched. My body still feels like it has some kinks in it but I feel looser. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight as well.

And when I weighed on Friday I was finally below 148, so finally lost my first 10 lbs, though I remain skeptical til it's been like that for a couple of weigh-ins in a row!

Ohh...and I've had about 4 cups of water also, which is really really good for me. I probably need to have as much as I can stomach til I go to bed and tomorrow and Tuesday since I have have to fast after 10pm on Tuesday and can only have water as I have to have blood work for my physical on Wednesday. It is awesome that work gives us physicals, but I had the bloodwork part!

    Way to go with the 10 pound loss!! I'm excited for our next Lime challenge to begin--how about you?! I'm ready. I haven't been exercising like I need to and am making a personal goal during our Lime summer challenge to kick it in gear--with both cardio and strength--no more excuses!

    I hope all goes well with your physical! That is great it is paid for. Won't it be nice to weigh in less this year:-)!
