I'm going set some nice Goals for the week.
1.eat Plenty of fruits & veggies.
2.go for walk everyday.(30 to 60minutes a day.)
3.do at least 30 arm rolls a day & reverse.
4.Have a healthy smoothie in the evening or snack.
5.No eating after 9:00pm.
6.Drink8 glasses 8ozs or more water everyday.
7.Do jumping jacks and toe touches and crunches wall push ups 4 times this week. Mondays,
Tuesday,Wednesday & Thursday.
Also if the weathers have decent Im going swimming & tanning sounds like a awesome week.

Well I weighed Myself on Friday the 13th 2008 & I lost 5lbs I was so happy that means 18 pounds lost whohoo I cant do this yeah.
