alright since D put up a new challenge i have started getting back into cardio... but just walking to work and at work because i cannot seem to force myself onto the cross trainer again. it got boring. though the mere walking isn't as effective, its a lot more tolerable cuz i'm actually getting somewhere... literally.

    awe...well i agree its a lot less boring when ur actualy going somewhere, my friend christy is calling me now and talking to me on the phone while i do the stationary bike and shes on the treadmill because it makes the time fly by so much faster and its nto boring, usually i struggle to make myself stick to the stationary bike for just 30 minutes and yesterday talking to christy made time fly by and i did 60 minutes on it! :)
