Confessions of Procrastination

I have to admit, that I haven't started my diet plan yet. I plan to start, the week after next. I like to get myself all prepared and have a target date. SP is giving me the spark, motivation and friendship that I need to get myself going in the right mindset and direction. The day I actually start will be a new day with a new beginning in my life. In the meantime, I will read and participate in the posts, drink my water and try to get 15 mins of exercise every day. . I also have a pedometer and will have a goal of eventually making 10,000 steps per day.
