in a long time... Down 1.5 pounds. Eating clean for 2 days straight. Exercise for 2/3 days. I had "Michelle's coffee" for breakfast though, the first in a long time - 4 Tbs half&half. Yikes. It tasted like the indulgence that it was, but thanks to that I'm almost 1/2 way through my fat grams for today. Yikes! With the exception of birthday cake (my daughters 6th birthday today), I'll be a model of health today. But I've got to start by cleaning the house... 6 little girls tie-dying in the backyard at 2:00pm. I'll write more about that later.
