Consistency is key

I have been doing pretty well lately, but i am finding that the key to my dietary goals is consistency.

It doesn't matter if I work out 4 times a week if I am not consistent.

It doesn't matter if I eat 5 small meals a day for a week and then blow it the following week if I am not consistent.

I was on a really good streak and then school and work started and I BLEW IT. I am trying to get back on board because I had shed pounds and inches and I don't want to lose that.

have gotten a good and healthy diet I like. I found the exericses that work best for me and a great routine to do them in. Next I have to be consistent with my exercises so I can continue to see results - especially since I am going on a cruise in 12 days and I want to buy a bikini!!!!

    I couldn't agree with you more! I've been learning that myself and have begun to put that into practice. Consistency definitely pays off; it should be the word of the year.
