Off to Greece!

Well... here we go! We leave for Greece in one more day! That's 16 days of no calorie/ food tracker! It's also 16 days of foreign, restaurant food! AH! I think I'm reading to stay on top of my running (I'll need to fit in 6 runs while I'm there), but I'm worried about the food. I'll be OK if I gain 5 lbs... I'll be happy if I gain 2 or 3... I'll be ecstatic if I maintain or... GASP! continue to lose! I know this is a life change and not a diet and that life requires me to leave my measuring cups and calorie counters behind sometimes, but I'm still nervous. I don't want to undo my hard work... but I'll be darned if I won't experience greek food!! As always, I'm guessing the key will be portion size! I weighed today and I figure I'll weigh again in just over two weeks when we get back. We'll see the damage then! Bye bye Spark!! emoticon

    Good luck -- and remember that even if you gain, it will come off FAST if you get to it right away and don't let it hand around!
