June 2008 Goals

Ok, March, April, and May all had set backs that I can not change. I can not go back in time and do it over, nor would I given the chance. What I can do is work from this point forward. I have a good sense of what needs to be done, how to do it, and the results that I want, so it's time to put my plan into writing.

Goal #1: Be at 139lbs by June 25th
Action Plan: Strength train upper and lower 2x a week, core 1x
45 minutes of cardio 4x a week or more
Consume 1250-1450 Calories 6 days a week or more
Reward #1: Full Body Massage

Goal #2: Be at 135 by July 10th
Action Plan: Strength train upper and lower 2x a week, core 1x
45 minutes of cardio 3x a week or more
Consume 1250-1450 Calories 6 days a week or more
Reward #2: New Shorts and a Pedicure

Goal #3: Maintain 135lbs until Labor Day
Action Plan: Strength train upper, lower, and core 1x a week
30 minutes of cardio 2x a week or more
Consume 1500-1950 calories 6 days a week or more
Reward #3: New healthy lifestyle, and a DQ blizzard ;-)

So, there are my next 2 months action plans, and I am determined to stick to them this time!
