Slow and Steady

So here I am 35 lbs gone. I am almost half way to goal weight! WOOHOO!! Man it has been a little bit of a frustrating couple of weeks. I have been so consistent with my 2 lbs a week loss that when I slow down I start to get anxious. What if I cant keep going, what if it doesn't continue, what if what if. No what ifs!! I am doing it, I am seeing results, I can do more cardio than ever, I can do real push ups, I CAN!! I will have the I CAN attitude this week, and next. I CAN, YOU CAN, WE CAN!!
