Working Hard!

I generally did what I said I would last week. I think I skipped one day of cardio, but I got all my weight lifting in, and did several days of cardio. I logged all my food, I ate within calorie limits, and lo and behold, I lost exactly NOTHING.

My husband assures me it is because I began strength training again, and I am hoping he is right.

Every meal is a struggle for me. Three times a day I have to work to make good choices. It is really tough. It's easier for me to get up and work out, but to do both of those things very consistently and not lose weight is hard. I am hoping this week will be better.

    ACK! I hate it when that happens. So sorry! But, hey maybe the scale is saving it for a great surprise so you can say, "WHOA! I lost 5 lbs in one week!" or something.

    You did a great job. I'm proud. You should be proud. The scale can just be quiet and stop snickering evilly at us. Keep up the great work! I'm rooting for you!

    I think your husband is probably right. In fact it happened to me when I started strength training. Don't get discouraged, it all gets easier as you go on!!!
