Well - I'm officially starting today to watch what I put into my mouth more closely. I actually ate breakfast today, 2 bowls of cereal, which is better than I usually do. I'm thinking that if I eat small meals more often, I will be less likely to want to snack late into the night. We'll see how I do tonight.
Also - if I could actually get to sleep earlier, that would help. Once the kids are in bed, I just want to "relax" and eat something junky. Gotta stop that.
I've done pretty well today with what I've eaten, even though my daughter talked me into making strawberry muffins. I ate two of them as part of my lunch.
Now its time for dinner, think I'll make some rice and stir fry veggies, put some chicken with it.
