bootcamp day 9 (what I hope to gain)

hey all well today is day 9 I am so proud of me coz i usually quit after the first five days but not this time because i want it so so bad. Well today i did 50+ mins at the gym I did my usual 30mins on the eliptical and 20mins on the tread mill and in all i burnt 510cal yeeeeeeeeeeyy I am so excited for the end result. I will be going to the pool when i pick up the kids later on since they love it so much. I have decided that I will do the blogging thing once a week like a cumulative one and my next official weigh in will be june 14th and the the 14th of every month after that.
I hope to gain WHOLENESS and to be NSYNC with living because I dont think that we are mearnt to be perfect at all. I make myself and my kids miserable because I want to be perfect yet that is impossible to do so from now on I will strive my best to be nsync with living.
