I tried to blog during the day yesterday, but for some reason, the blog wouldn't save. So I'll update now.

1. We worked outside for a while yesterday morning. The kids didn't have Sunday School yesterday, which gave us over an hour more time than usual. I ate up the time with my daughter (she helped me weed, played with worms, put weeds into the trash bag and caught a snake), and all the while the scent of lilacs wafted through. It was glorious.

2. I worked out. I used an old article from Self Magazine on "flat sexy abs". I didn't think it would do much, because it took me so long to figure out the moves, I didn't really feel like I was getting a workout. But I feel it today! Especially in the obliques!

3. I ate clean. All day. I drank my 8+ glasses of water. I made Tosca Reno's rhubarb crisp. It was super yummy!

4. S got me a dehydrator, and I am so excited! I can't wait to try it out... strawberries today! I found a recipe on how to do cranberries, so that's another one I can't wait to try, but I don't think cranberries are in season right now. I absolutely LOVE dried cherries, but cherries are NEVER cheap. I'll have to do some research there. If my mil's cherry tree produces, maybe she'll let me have some. Since they're selling the farm, it'll be the last year for that. She said she'd dig up some gooseberry and currant bushes before they leave. Gooseberries are just so dang sour.

Today, so far, I've already hit the treadmill and drank 32 oz of water. I'm off to a really strong start! Yeah Me!
