Well, school is out and I'm back! I've picked up the last 2 Oxygen Magazine issues that I didn't have time to read, have started re-reading the "Eat Clean Diet" book and am ready to go. I weighed myself this morning so that I've got a place to start, and I cant BELIEVE that I'm only 152.8. Seems like with the stress and bad decisions that I've been making I should be at least 155. I weighed myself twice. Okay - so that's relief #1.

I'm also committed to
- tracking non-stop
- pre-planning all meals
- developing a work-out journal
- clean eating all the way baby!

I went to Whole Foods last night and man I love that place. I picked up some Greek yogurt (for the potato salad in Oxygen Magazine that I'm making to take to a BBQ tomorrow), silken tofu (for the chocolate mousse in the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook) and Sucanat (for the rhubarb crisp recipe in the same book). I've got my protein all planned out.

Last night I also went online shopping for
- bee pollen
- a different protein powder - I think I found one that doesn't have sucralose or fillers that is affordable and I'll like
- Sucanat (less expensive than Whole Foods)
- dried fruit
- a dehydrator (after pricing dried fruit)
-whole grain flours
- a grain mill (after pricing flours)

I absolutely LOVE the idea of grinding my own flour. I found a never used dehydrator for $20 on Craigslist that we're checking out today. I found a couple of grain mills for $40-50. That might have to wait longer.

So now I'm off to work out. It's 5:15 am on my 2nd day off. I'm really excited. My vacation is a month away and I'm so ready!

PS - I couple of my colleagues mocked me at the end-of-year staff breakfast for eating oatmeal before the breakfast (at home) and not participating in anything more than fruit and coffee while at the breakfast. I just pointed to my body, cocked my head, and said nothing. To which I got a load of compliments and - "how did you do it?"s. I talked about Clean Eating, and one colleague was interested (she's 8 months pregnant and ready to lose that weight already!) ; the rest said that they 'could never do that'. I admitted that it was hard, but worth it. It gave me the incentive I needed that day not to eat crap when we got back to school. I've been pretty good since.

Now for the party to begin!
