I kicked butt and it was weigh in the morning today I went to the gym did the eliptical, and the treadmill 20mins a piece and I burnt 351 calories then I went to the pool for approx! 40mins swimming and aerobics. I am so stoked hey anyway I weigh 226 which shows a 3lb weight loss. YEY me I am so happy.
