Swimsuit Boot Camp...and restarting an old habit

Nicole's extra challenge was to add a blog...so, here I am...and for a good reason. Swimsuit Boot camp was a great idea. No, not because it will take care of your body in 4 weeks...but because it is a jumpstart. At least, it was a jumpstart for me.

I started the camp. I thought the prizes were an added incentive as well as shaping up and losing weight. Viola! I haven't lost but a pound, but my blood pressure, which was starting to climb, is now low. My arms, stated my husband, are starting to show definition. All this in less than 3 weeks!

I also saw this as an intro to all the wonderful workouts and exercises that SP offers. They are short and easy to fit in. They are varied and specific to parts of the body you want to improve. I am hooked! And I am back to a good habit of exercising that I lost many years ago.

I know if I can stay on this streak, I will have it made...health, weight, energy, and appearance. What a deal!
