I am ready to knock out my weight with a "huh" and a "hi-ya".

I am so super stoked because I completely forgot what it felt like to do my Pilates at nightbefore bed.. it makes me feel great in the morning. I have spent the morning on the treadmill and doing my pilates and i feel AWESOME!!!

I have also decided to start a journal that I write in about what exercises I do, how they make me feel.. what I think I can do to change them up a bit, and if I think I can do more each time... plus.. any thoughts I might have on anything else that is going on.

I am happy.. I feel Alive.. and I know it is the endorphines.. but hey.. I'll take it where I can get
