another "bump" in the road

Well everyone here I am again. I found out 3 days ago I'm 6 weeks pregnant with our 4th child (5 total). Everything I read says now is not the time to try to loose weight. Well I am 40-50lbs overweight and I had a miscarage a few yrs ago. I dont want to have another, so i am trying to be as healthy as i can be. Any advice on loosing a few lbs and staying healthy enough very much so appreciated.

    I can relate to what you are going thru. Congrats on your pregnancy. What I did, was I ate healthy (as much as possible) from Monday - Saturday, Sunday's I would let myself eat something I really craved for. I walked a lot and i also swam. I joined an aqua aerobics group, it was fun. And i only gained 15lbs from star to finish. I hope you have a great pregnancy, try to drink lots and lots of water. Take care emoticon emoticon

    Congratulations on being pregnant. Just take it easy and you can start this again when you have the baby.
