blog for week 3

ok now I realized I didn't blog for week 2 and crap that's 500 points! any way with having a fight with hubby and taking it out on myself last tues by eating junk and feeling even worse about myself at least I picked it up by the end of the night by going down to my exercise room and dancing away my frustration for 45 mi and then did 20 min of strength so that got me back in my groove by wed. I'm frustrated casue I'm drinking my water and 90% of the time eating in cal range { maybe not the healthiest things though} and exercising { probably not as hard as I should cause of the neck and head ache situation} but I still kepp going up and down 2 #'s I really need to kick it up a notch because I wanted to get dwn to goal wt 127# b4 the country jam fest 3rd week in June. Next week end will be the real challenge because we are camping with hubby's relatives and his mom is Betty Crocker one removed and a food pusher to boot. love her but anyways will really need some strength to keep on the right track. So I'm bringing my bike and roller blade maybe do some running canoeing and they have an out door heated swimming pool and it's suppose toi get up to the 80's so if I keep busy enough staying actice I will stay away from the junk- well maybe a smore of 2, Char
