Regulating weight and lifestyle

I am not sure but I think that my weight goal may be too low. At my 139 weight I was really feeling good - but I am having trouble maintaining it. I am now at 142 and am staying there. I look healthy........... this may just be the right size for me. I can tone and continue to exercise for now and make the educated eating decisions that I have learned. I guess, I am hanging in there, but I am definately not depriving myself...........

Dunno - if I want to start back to the more regimented exercise...........

    You may be right- I think you really have to go by what your body tells you and how you feel.
    Numbers are just that -numbers.
    You look terrific and sound like you feel terrific...keep it up and stay where you feel best!
