Just when I thought it couldn't get better...

It's been a great day, It's been a great couple of weeks in fact. Each day better than the last.
Yes, there is a new boy toy. That's most, but not all of it. June (GRUMPYGRAMS) stayed here one night for a pajama party and we had a great time. I've purchased a whole new wardrobe for summer in a size smaller than when I was in high school! My back is feeling much better, and now instead of surgery being imminent, I have the option. (It won't ever heal, but I still haven't decided). I get lovely emails from the object of my affection several times a day.
And then there was today. I've died and gone to heaven.
I went downtown to meet him for lunch. I had eaten a light but healthy breakfast, not knowing where we were going. We went to a little Italian Bistro, that was very quaint, and the food was very good. I ate well and healthy, and I think I will still be in range when I log it.
Then, while he was in work for the afternoon, I spent the time shopping on State Street (I live in Chicago). Nice lunch with a great guy, then shopping all afternoon. Great, right? It gets better.
I can't drive for long because of my back and since I drove down there, he was going to drive me home and then take the train to his house. Well, he missed his train because of traffic. Oh darn! I get to cook dinner now.
So we had dinner, Fajitas (him beef, me chicken) that I had made previously and had in the freezer. We had to stop at the store and get other stuff to go with them. He's actually a lot of fun to grocery shop with, and as an added bonus, well versed in proper nutrition, and I learned some things.
After dinner, we had just enough time to get him to the train, and he's home now.
All of that made up for a wonderful day. But, I was emptying out the bags from my purchases today and what did I find?
GARRETT'S POPCORN!!! I had forgotten all about it. But there it was, waiting for me. If you've never had it, you are missing out on one of the finest things in life. However, if you are dieting, it's probably not the best choice. In moderation, I suppose it would be OK, but there is no way to moderate this stuff, and I'm sure I've gone over on calories. I wouldn't even know how to put it in.
You see, Garrett's is famous for their Carmel Corn and their Cheese Popcorn. I prefer the cheese. They do not use a powder on their popcorn at all. They pour actual melted chedder cheese on it. Same with the caramel corn. Melted all butter caramel.
Guess what I had for dessert? I'm not looking forward to logging it, that's for sure.
But no, I don't think it can get any better than this.
***EDIT NOTE***WooHoo! I just entered everything. I've eaten 4 cups of this little bit of heaven and even if I add an additional 100 calories (25/cup) to the cheese popcorn in the SP database, I'm still under my minum range! And get this, I'm still in balance nutritionally! Apparently, I've eaten well today.
Go Me! Go right into the kitchen and get more (even though I know the nutrion won't balance after that).
