thoughts become tears

Tuesday, May 06, 2008

Have been traveling and spending time with family, children and a dog. Celebrated son's prom with surprise catered meal with china etc. He was so happy.

Totally off schedule re fitness but the emotional me is wounded and healing.

Crawling out of my skin to become a new person in all manner of life.

Having to accept responsibity for words that become wounds.

Major life changes in process...

Building confidence and peace of mind... still a challenge and so necessary...

blessings ya'll

My words quite often get me into hot water...

I'm so sick of apologizing for 'being me'. I may just stop. I may say, well "_____" if my words/actions hurt you, maybe you should find some other friends or toughen up!

It's *hard*--extremely hard. I agree with the others--hang in there. You can do it.
