Update on My Crunch Goal

Well we are a third of the way into the new year. MY goal was to do 200,000 crunches by December 31st and I am at 61,372. Only 147,628 to go.

I have become more consistent this year with doing at least 100 a day and am having stellar days when i do as many as 1000 crunches - in all directions and types. Inches are coming off and my appetite has decreased.

Although, my abs are looking great - I have noticed that my back side A.K.A. love handles need some love. Therefore I am adding pushups and planks to my daily workout.

I really do have to thank all of my sparkfriends out there who motivate me daily to be my best.

    Find some rings over your head, as high as you can reach. grab the rings and spin yourself in a circle twisting at the center. Don't do too many the first day... It's SO effective. If you can't like I can't bear your own weight on your hands you can do the same motion in the pool. If I do that twice suddenly there's hips and waist (instead of straight up and down like God made me. Mom used to laugh at how I was 22-22-22.

    I should try this! What a great idea! I bet my stomach would be rock hard by the end of the year. Good job on doing all of those crunches! I am so proud of you!
