Swimsuit Bootcamp! Day one!

I've been stalled in my weight loss for the past two months now. I haven't lost anything since the start of March.
And thats just not good enough. I need to kickstart my routine again if I'm going to be anywhere near my goal for summer.

So I've joined up to the Swimsuit Bootcamp Spark Team.
It starts today and runs until the 31st - 4 weeks.
Coach Nicole is posting a workout video every day for us to follow, and she has devised a routine that I will try and stick to.

So today, 5th May, I am:
34 in waist
40 in hips
24 in thigh
Recent bikini pic can be seen above (eeugh! lol)

My goals by 31st May:
33 in waist
39 in hips
23 in thigh
I'll post an 'after' photo on that date.

I need to achieve this. I need to get myself back on track, cos I refuse to go on looking like this forever!
May will be the month I lose another half stone!

    I'm in the boot camp challenge too, our measurements are quite similar although I'm a little heavier.

    Say goodbye to those inches! We CAN do it!!

    Wow! We are so close in our weight and measurments! I went through the same thing where I didn't lose for many weeks. It was SO frustrating. I really stepped up my workouts and made better food choices on the weekends and I finally started losing again. Only a pound a week for the last two weeks though.

    Whatever happened to losing two pounds a week? THAT IS WHAT I WANT TO SEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good luck, can't wait to see your "after" pictures!!
