Dreaded Pizza

Well, I caved...after losing a magnificent 5 pounds I succomb to a Tony's Pizza. It's ok though. I'll be at the gym today attempting to burn off every morsel of cheese and pepperoni. Ladies, I'm so DONE with Tony's Pizza. I eat the whole pizza and I think like 1/3 of the pizza is 400 cals, so I don't even want to think about how many cals I've consumed just eating one of those things let alone 4-5 hours later eating another. NO MORE PIZZA. It's a sure way to hinder my weight loss and I don't want to do that. I struggle a great deal with my weekend eating. I do great during the weekdays, but as soon as the weekend hits...I struggle. I'm so DONE with struggling on the weekends. I've gotta get to my size 8...I'm going to do my very best. I've got to do my best.

    I love pizza too. Yummy. SO much so that I had to find a way to fit it into my nutritional needs, else risk not being able to stick with it.

    I figure out a way to get at least a slice in there, eat it slowly and with other things. It keeps me from wanting the WHOLE pizza because I know that it's not forbidden. If you need to cut it out completely, I understand, sometimes a little is just enough to make you crazy for it. But, if you can, you might want to try a different approach. :D

    Well, I so understand. Pizza is one of my favorites. It is a shame that something so good is so bad. Can you try to have a large salad before eating the pizza? Maybe you can have just 2 slices, or save your calories for the day and have it once a week or once a month. emoticon

    I haven't had pizza in months! Since January. Gee, this actually made me want it now. Oh well, I will try and figure out a way to have it as my cheat meal. Still trying not to go overboard though. Maybe I just will make a healthy version to quench my craving now.

    I realized recently that pizza is one of my weaknesses. I've been doing so good then we had pizza and I ate 4 pieces without paying attention to what I was doing. Good thing I ate really well earlier in the day. Dontcha worry - you'll get through this and be able to treat yourself to pizza every once and awhile. :)

    definitely it is SO not worth it. Log it in your food diary trust me it will stop you from eating it again!

    I craved at the Chinese restaurant yesterday. It wasn't worth the belly ache afterwards. My stomach isn't use to all that fat and all that sodium. I shouldn't have weighed myself this morning. I'm up 4 pounds, but I know it's water weight due to all that sodium contained in Chinese food. It will be gone in a day or two. Good idea. Never weigh yourself a day after indulging. It's only makes it worse. emoticon
