A few weeks in and it's getting tough.

I'm a few weeks in and the first week I was doing so well.. and now it is so hard to maintain a healthy diet. I think I'm eating healthy and then I check the calories and today it was 1300 .. I realize that is less than the recommended diet but I would like to be under 1000. My friend posted a picture of me on facebook from a few nights ago and it looks terrible. My neck is huge and that it was I want gone the most.. a thinner neck, face and back. Well also my thighs and stomach and arms. but we'll see. I want to take diet pills but my other friend says if you lose weight slowly you are less likely to have excess skin--so I think I am going to take his advice at least until I get down to 160. Wish me luck, I'll need it.
