New month, New plan

Today I'm planning to fast to kick start my weight loss. I had done a 3.5 day water fast a few weeks ago, but I came off of it kind of hard. I wasn't prepared for how psychologically difficult it was going to be, both on and off the fast. I'm going to do only one day, then do an up day and down day type of thing. Off to do my strength training and running! :)
