4/28 Very tired

I don't know what is up today but I am so tired. Maybe my reduced caloric intake I've been doing the last few days is catching up with me. I could barely function today. I managed to do laundry and clean the kitchen and that was about it. I even took a nap when the 2 little guys napped. I hope tomorrow is better.

    Don't give up! It's natural to feel tired and less energetic since you are eating less but they say after a week or so (or maybe even a few days) of eating well and exercising, your energy levels start to catch up and you will feel renewed. Hoping that day comes soon for you, ((hugs))
