And I'm Off

I am started off really well and it is like a light bulb has went off about what I need to do and change
I am excited about it and love this site it is so inspiring and helpful
I also journal in a book right before I go to bed about the things I have learned about myself that day and what I finding out about my eating habits Of couse I would love the weight to fall off but I didnt get this way overnight and I really have to get that instilled in my head because it causes frustration when I dont lose a pound everyday.
I wrote this 4 years ago and I am back again hopefully more dedicated
I really need to accomplish this for myself ( 2012)
