Post-Race Challenge

Ok, since my race is next week, and I can't do anything without a goal, I am trying to come up with a new challenge. Most of it will depend on my race time, because if I'm within 20 minutes of a Boston Qualifying time, I'm running a race this fall. But, I need a slim down challenge, and FAST because I leave for vacation on May 30!
It will probably go something like this:
21 workouts in 21 days!
4 X 5 mile runs a week (depending on the pain I feel after the marathon)
3 X strength workouts using the firm
300 crunches a day!
Goal would be to lose 6 pounds.
As of this morning, my ticker reflects my true weight. The weight I gained during my hard months of training and over the winter has come off. I would like to ultimately lose 11 more pounds, but I'll settle for 6 more by the end of May!
