I need to start blogging again...i'm slipping from the wagon every once in a while and it will just get worse!!!!

    Hi. I just joined SP today and am browsing the teams/message boards. I saw that you go to WOW. I actually go to the North Brunswick WOW on Rt. 1. Don't beat yourself up when you do not go to the gym, just make a concerted effort to go as often as you can. My own personal experience -- everyone is different, I know -- the more you go, the more of a habit it becomes. I started going to the gym on and off in 2006 at NYSC. When I started working with a personal trainer in May 2007, I got serious about exercise and go religiously six days a week for 1.5 to 2.5 hours a day. In Dec 2007, I switched to WOW. When you fall off the wagon, just get back on it again. You can't change the past, only the future. That's what I tell myself. I'm at 179 lbs. now (down from 305 in May 2007). The past few months, the weight has been extremely reluctant to come off. Despite that, I continue to go to the gym and try to remain positive -- not always easy. Hang in there and go to the gym regularly. Hopefully, for you too, it will become a habit. emoticon

    I just created my spark-page, and plan to start today. I can't seem to start my own blogs though??????
