So, it has been a while since I have been on the blog. I want to make this a useful tool for me to track my progress. I am going to TRY to keep track of my exercising. Here goes...

4/20/08 Ran 4 miles & Arm weights at gym
4/21/08 Leg weights and ab work at gym
4/23/08 Arm weights at the gym
