Day 2 of 18, head fog settling in...

So anyone that's worked long days knows the head fog associated with coming into work after not having enough unwind time. It only gets worse from here. At least we have most of Saturday and Sundays off so the fog should reset on the weekends. Things aren't too bad yet. This morning has been quiet, my immediate boss is out until later in the morning so the parade of people in to ask him questions and pester him has been absent, which has helped me wake up nicely instead of abruptly. :)
Yesterday I ran 1 1/2 miles without stopping! I took an eliptical break and then came back to run the last few minutes and did at least another 1/4. My new shoes rock! Today...hmmm...maybe intervals? Maybe I should just see if I can duplicate my run with the moderate soreness I feel right now, hehe. I am realizing quickly that it would be good for me to train with heavier weights, I bet I am imagining it but I already feel more definition in my arms, heh. Stomachs today, I think I'll grab some weights and do crunches every which way I can. The work gym is not too bad, the eliptical SUCKS but that will just convince me to get better at running quicker.

Emotions/Mood: Today has been pretty even tempered, but there is a possibility of things going south this afternoon if this next meeting doesn't go well. I did pilfer a few good n plentys from the break room (but they more than work into my calorie count today). I just hope I'm not too sore at my workout tonight, I've never ran 2 days in a row!
Crunch Food Ordered: 3 chipotle barbacoa soft tacos w/only lettuce (went home for lunch and grabbed low fat sour cream, cheese, and some olives). I'll be a little low on fruit and veggies today but it's well within my range.
Exercise Done: ran 1.8ish miles, walked .2 plus warmup and cooldown, stomachs, benched 35 lbs, hehe.
Weekly Deficit So Far: 1189
