Ahhhh... procrastination! I set up the challenge and asked for a blog and here I am doing it at the VERY last minute! Sheesh, this week has been crazy! Okay, here it is: what keeps me motivated? There are several things that do keep me going on working toward a healthier ME -- first off, I get such unlimited motivation by logging on to SP, posting in the forums and running the two BEST teams (sorry, just my opinion
). I love the energy and motivation off of everyone here on SP. I get a lot of motivation when I look at my kids and at the lifestyles of many kids today -- I don't want to see my kids unhealthy with unhealthy lifesyles. I want my kids to grow up with a healthy attitude about themselves and food. I truly believe that they will get that from the example that I choose to set. I want to set a good one for them! I get HUGE amounts of motivaiton from going to the Y. I have made some fun friends there and I really enjoy going daily. I love exercise and what it brings to my life. I truly can't imagine things without exercise. Things just feel wrong when I don't incorporate it into my life. Finally, I get motivation from looking at my "before" pictures. I saw some tonight and I have no desire to go back there. I don't want to say that I was unhappy, because that is not true -- I have always been pretty happy with me, but I truly like what I see in the mirror and I feel that is a result of the lifestyle changes that I have made to my environment and to ME!
