Back from Vacation

I am happy to say that I was able to accomplish the goals I set out for myself prior to leaving for my cruise. I choose food wisely, controlled my portions, limited my alcohol intake and managed to workout two hours (one hour each sea day).
I also kept track of what I was eating, the old fashioned way (pen and paper) and will go back and add it to my nutrition information to get a better idea of how I really did. I don't want to live in fantasy land anymore.
I just got home this am. I did not gain (or lose) and to maintain was one of my goals. It was also a healing time visiting the ruins of Tulum. I felt close to my parents there.
